Lightweight Gel

Great until pump stops pumping
Great until pump stops pumping. I’ve had to shake it and pump it upside down to get it to give me more product but definitely maybe needs a different kind of pump or application modality because it does feel like it’s really hard to use the full product and get your moneys worth.

Love it before it solidified
I bought a subscription of this for my daughter who loves it but the gel has solidified in the container of her first delivery and she can’t get anymore out of the container :( any advice on how to de-solidify would be appreciated!
