Apply a thick layer of the peel onto cleansed skin. You may feel a slight tingle at first – this means the mask is working! Leave on for 5 – 10 minutes and wash off with warm water. Do not leave mask on for more than recommended timeframe. Do not use overnight.

Use once a week at first, then gradually increase to two times weekly. If dryness or irritation occurs, then use every other week or discontinue use.

    Beauty Is Pain

    I use this peel every 2-3 days as recommended right before following up with the mask. My skin stung a bit the first few times I used the peel, but I take that as the product working. Don’t be too discouraged if you notice more breakouts the next day, it’s the peel bringing the gunk to the surface so it can leave your skin. I’ve been using the peel for almost 2 months. My blemishes overall are easier to extract than they used to be before using Personal Day products. I use the cleanser, acne treatment, moisturizer, peel, and mask.
