I like the product itself; it's soothing on breakouts, especially after picking or popping. However, the bottle is a nightmare, at least for me. It stopped dispensing product after not very many uses, and I emailed Personal Day for assistance. They told me the pump was probably clogged and to try to clean it out. That worked once, but now the bottle is clogged again and won't dispense product no matter how much I try to clean out the dispenser and rinse it under warm water. You can't take the whole top off, either (at least not that I can figure out), so now it's almost impossible to even access the product, of which I have probably 75% left. I won't be buying this again unless they can figure out a way to package it that fixes this issue.

I love this stuff. I’ve been using hypochlorous acid spray and love that but this stuff is liquid gold. It’s so soothing and calms my breakouts and redness quickly. I put it on and night and smaller breakouts look significantly better the next day. The gel just feels like it works where you need it.

Queen Lily 🙌🏼 this stuff is the BEST hypochlorous acid on the market and you should in fact trust me on this! I have somewhat sensitive skin and I use this anytime I have a blemish or red area on my face/neck and the redness disappears. It’s like magic in a bottle. IMO the gel consistency is much more effective then the liquid spray and I can target red areas more precisely. Love love love this product.
